"Think you’ve just proved yourself again. Like a leader, like the centre. You haven’t had the courtesy to respond specifically to our emails; however keen to respond to reviews. My concerns were genuine to professionally paid staff and not directed to a staff member. A centre which hasn’t cared if our child doesn’t turn up. He’s been at the emergency. Thanks again for terminating on a Sunday night without considering what a Monday would be for working families. Truth is one side of a double sided coin. It should be evaluated only upon hearing out both sides, which hasn’t happened in our case. A centre that doesn’t want to accept criticism and grow. You terminated a 3yo, not for behavioural reasons, but you weren’t willing to hear our end or concerns or critics. Again, a thorough read of our emails would make you think and become a better leader. All the best and do concentrate on the reviews. The centre started off great for my child. However, when their best instructor/educator left, they started performing poor. As a parent, when requests were made (very simple, please ensure my child wears a beanie when outdoors given his health records), they continuously failed and my child was falling sick after such occurrences. Some of the staff are rude to respond and when they don’t like the parent, they don’t seem to care for the child. The centre proprietor, terminated the contract on a Sunday evening without notice to the parents, shows their empathy towards hard working family. Heartbreaking to see such centres still thriving in the community with great ratings."

"My baby started in the babies room when I went back to work in June. The warm, experienced staff made it that much easier to leave him - I knew he was getting lots of cuddles when he needed them, and that they would call if there were any concerns or issues. He settled in very quickly, slept well and always came home happy and well-fed. I also loved reading the little descriptions of his day in his personal book each afternoon. Thank you for taking such good care of us!"
