"Very bad quality. Just after an hour, light not working in shoes. Tip of shoes is falling apart, the sole is scraped now."
"Worst customer service ever. Ordered a click and collect for 1 hour collection came to collect the shoes and they werent there. Spoke to the manager who gave me “solutions” which were hardly that. Asked them to give us the shoes from the store given its a click and collect from there but they wouldnt do it because it would mean they had negative stock. I was told to pay for the shoes again in store and that they would cancel the online order and refund me. No one has contacted me and trying to contact customer care is beyond a joke. I have lost count of how many attempts I’ve made on the live chat just to be booted off and an email being sent saying “Sorry we missed you”. Can’t call support despite it being allegedly open during business hours. Countless emails and still NOTHING. Could not recommend any less. Pathetic customer service and extremely disappointed. Never ever shopping here again."
"I went to visit Skechers to process a refund on a pair of shoes this afternoon. The shoes were faulty and I had misplaced the receipt given the lapse of time since purchase. I was served by Aleira who demonstrated exceptional customer service. Aleira took the time to look back at the account history to date of purchase (about 30 min) and was determined to find the transaction to help me with a refund. Alirahs positive and angelic attitude and dedication to help me really made the instore experience a memorable one. I commend her excellent work ethic and determination to ensure that a customer is given top service. This is true definition of excellent customer service that must be commended."

"I was on a mission to buy a comfortable pair of shoes today at East Gardens Shopping centre. Visited all the sports stores and gave up just because of the poor service and general attitudes of the staff. I was on my way out and passed by the Sketchers store. I’m used to buying big brand shoes that are usually comfortable but also very pricey. I thought why not and had a look just because I was already there. I was immediately greeted by Jason, and the other young lady that worked there. Right from the get go, It was no trouble at all for Jason running back and forward getting just about every pair of shoe style in my size from the store room. He seemed like he was happy to help out and was very helpful. The thing that made it difficult was making up my mind because there were 4 different styles I was interested in felt so comfortable and also looked awesome. I left happy with the professional, positive, friendly service....... and a new pair of shoes."
