"I went to buy a couple of sleeping bags Saturday at 4:30pm for using them the same night and the sales person sold me a Youth sleeping for me that I am 1.85m which is too short. My child sleeping bag was OK. The biggest problem is that I realised that she sold me the wrong product and I called them at 5:05pm but they said they couldn't do anything until the next day despite that I could be back in 5min. Bad experience as I couldn't use the sleeping bag for the same night as planned and luckily someone in the campsite lend me one. Unfortunately the staff need more training to understand their products better, as the sales person spent good amount of time with me and she had a very positive attitude"
