"Broken promises and disjointed organisation. I'm not sure why Emily and the team offered to take my embroidery job. It was one of the most complex processes I have had to deal with for a very simple job, if it wasn't for the commitment that the job would be done in 3 days, I would probably have pulled the plug on dealing with this company. The staff don't seem to talk to each other and when the job was eventually finished 2 weeks later, they had destroyed one of my shirts and the have the audacity to suggest to me it's because I wanted to have one of my own shirts embroided! Shop around I would suggest, because they are not cheap either. It is without surprise that I found out, Hip Pocket closed its doors about 12 months after this post. Just goes to show!"
