"Customer service is the backbone of any company’s success. unfortunately the Customer service of Harvey Norman Auburn shop is really bad- don’t even deserve a single star. The lady from the delivery department’s customer service team yelling at me this morning not listening to what I was trying to say. She was rude and arrogant- she’s not suitable for customer service team. I was planning to order few more items from their shop but now I changed my mind. Now I am regretting to bought items worth $20000 for my new home from Harvey Norman but not anymore. I will share my whole experience in our communities Facebook and WhatsApp group pages. Please remember- Harvey Norman is not the only one shop in Sydney."

"Purchased fridge from Harvey Norman, wanted delivery from a different location but online insisted we have to go to closest one - Auburn @ Domayne. Fridge came scratched up, which wouldn’t have been a big deal if the large scratch and dent wasn’t on the door of the fridge and first thing visible. We called up the store who did not assist us at all - told us to send an email and they’ll look into it. A day later, we received no response so we called again - they said they could get a repair person to replace the door and to wait for yet another email. It’s been 5 days now with no email and no correspondence. A damaged fridge was delivered, we sent proof of photos and we just get ignored. Terrible customer service. How do we go about getting it repaired or replacement if no one at this location cares enough to fix the problem?"

"very bad experience, one hour pick up is a joke, they just sent out email by default within an hour and telling you the item/s are ready to pick up in the store, but actually, no one really go to the shelf or store room to pick and put it somewhere, wait for the customers to pick up. ordered an item, received the sms/email about the item is ready to pick up.. went to the store and want to pick it up, they spent more than 5 mins to locate the item but finally, the item not in their store, asked me to go to their warehouse to pick it up, their warehouse is not somewhere at the back of the building, it is in silverwater, roughly 1km away from driving, they didn't give me any option.. just ask me to go there and pick up.. omg,, did they consider if i was catching public transport? then, i may need to find a way or walk 15-20 mins to find their warehouse in silverwater. drove there and as expected, no one know where is the item or they didn't prepare the customer will come to pick it up.. spent another 5-10 mins and locate the item.. very poor experience and Harvey will be my last option when i need to buy something. good luck."
