"Took clothes in to sell & went to pick up unsold items however advised that they had "lost" a couple of items & would look and let me know. No reply to emails since. Made appointments they agreed to and both times they didn't turn up. I might as well have just given the kate spade bag to charity, at least then the profit would be for a good cause rather than someone elses gain. Great place if you are a customer, not so much if you are selling clothes."
