"So we finally went and I say it's OK. It actually seats more than I thought from entrance as does go right back and yes they have cute robots to serve the food but they were on strike today, obviously protesting their working conditions, as we were served by the human staff. Disappointing. Menu online and husband ordered beef brisket soup from their lunch menu. I'm a vegetarian and no vegetarian options on lunch menu so ordered steamed veg dumplings and vegetarian rice. And thank goodness I ordered the rice because I only received 3 dumplings which I think is appalling. I have been to other Dumpling restaurants and usually get about 6. And I've said it before and I'll say it again but oyster sauce is not vegetarian! Aaaaaggghhhh! Why do so many Asian restaurants have oyster sauce under vegetarian options? Anyway if I go back I'd try the noodles with mushrooms. Note husband loved his soup."
"Angie's was fairly quiet when I visited and had no problem finding a table for two.(Plenty of tables here for prime time) Lunch special appealed at $15.80 and it proved to be a generous portion beyond my stomach's capacity. The food came swiftly served by humans despite the presence of a cuteyfied robot trolley. (It talks and has a cat face on a screen!?) Ordering was done via an iPad at the table - I'm pleased to say it worked. Food quality was not special, but tasty enough. It's a curious experience and worth another try."
"Bordering on atrocious. The duck stir fried noodles were bland, the noodles Lacked any bite or texture. The wonton soup noodles had good won ton-plump, the noodles lacked the requisite bite and the soup was mostly Just salty with out the depth of flavour of a great soup. The roast pork was atrocious. The crackling was anything but crackling being somehow gooey, Rubbery and burnt. It was inedible. The meat also wasn't well seasoned. Very much seemed like it was old and reheated in a microwave. When brought to staffs attention couldn't care less."
"Nice environment for take a break during shopping or after cinema. The chicken fried rice was tasty and fulfilling. The thick noodles was good too. The dumplings was the deception of the day lacking of flavour and not homogenous. Staff was ok with no smile or interest at what they do but no surprise. The price and quality was good overall."
