"We ordered three non veg pizzas (Chicken peri-peri pizza, Vietnamese Chilli cheese pizza, Supreme pizza). Our Uber driver informed us that he received two orders (3 pizzas from our order and 2 veg pizzas for other customer). The Uber driver informed us that the restaurant didn’t provide him with the different order receipts that’s the reason we received the other customer’s order i.e 2 veg pizzas and the other customer received 3 non veg pizzas which was our order. The veg pizzas consisted of feta cheese and tomatoes and my wife was allergic to the ingredients. We called Crust Cheltenham and instead of supporting us they informed us that it was the Uber driver’s fault. We waited for an hour for our pizza’s and were ultimately disappointed with the pizzas that we received. I prefer crust pizza over other pizza’s because of their taste and service but I was really disappointed with how they handled the situation."

Didn’t expect this from CRUST. Ubereats driver claimed that crust staff didn’t provide him with the receipts and that’s the reason we received veg pizzas where we were expecting to get some delicious non-veg crust pizza. We were drooling for those non-veg pizzas. Many thanks for reaching out."
