"If I could give 0 stars I would. Delivery was 15 min late so the food was cold. Delivery man made me come out of my house, down the driveway to collect my food. He gave us the wrong side dish and didn't give us the other. He couldn't get through to his manager or the store. He said he would go to store, get missing item and replace the wrong side and come back. An hour later, no contact. I called him multiple times, and the store, no answer. Left with a bitter taste in my mouth and of Domino's overall, especially the Cheltenham store. Update: The link you sent me goes to your Dominos Australia Facebook Page. I have left a complaint on the Dominos website the same night I left this review as I could not get a hold of anyone in your store, and your driver kept hanging up on me. I am not leaving yet another complaint via your FB page. Maybe you could help me with my complaint here"
"Food was late and cold. Ordered an extra Large Pizza and when I quizzed the driver about the size of the pizza, I was told that they just put it in a small box, there was also toppings missing from my order. Upon delivery I also received a call from the driver, who sat in front of my house for about 5 mins, to come a collect from the street."

"Weekdays the pizza is good and decent. Big difference on Saturdays we have noticed they barely put any toppings and the pizza becomes basically just bread even though the price is the same. Either order more toppings so you don't worry about running out on Saturdays or stop taking orders you can't properly fulfill. You are ruining the brand."
