"i was at cotton on today with two or my friends and this employee that had purple eyeliner was making us feel really uncomfortable. she was racially profiling us only because we were trying on clothes, she thought that we would steal so once we got out of the change rooms she would walk out of there a few times and poke her head around to see if she could find us. i kept on giving her death stares as i was starting to get really mad. while she kept on poking her head around she would speak to someone on her microphone that would go to other employees, eventually two other employees came and i was assuming that she was talking about us and she only found us asians suspicious of stealing something we felt uncomfortable as she was trying to look for us and was trying to “stalk” us. after a few hours we came back to cotton on because we needed to buy something and there was the same employee and an another one called Andrew, while we were walking up to the desk she rudely walked away from us and smiled everytime i gave her the dirty look, the employee is very racist. the date was thursday 13 of july at around 2 wearing purple eyeliner and black clothing"

"I bought a coat at Cottonon in Westfield I am not good at English, but the employee forced me to pay two dollars for the donation together So I asked for a refund again because I didn't want to, but they didn't be too unfriendly to foreigners"

"Very large Cotton On store with a large range of items across all their labels. They had shoes from their Rubi brand, gym and underwear from their Cotton On Body brand, earrings from their Rubi brand too, a large range of men's and women's clothes, and even some homewares like these lovely, tall travel mugs! The places becomes incredibly busy on the weekend, and with limited staff it's very difficult to seek help without having to line up in the massive queue. The change room line is also typically enormous, leading you to take the risk with purchasing (and perhaps returning) rather than wait in line."
