"The items they sell are really pretty and eye-catching, most of it is Korean street fashion. They also sell brief accessories (e.g. bags& jewellery). I must say the prices are quite hefty, however, you get what you pay for, quality is also amazing, thick products good for winter. Most reviews say this place has bad customer service, they're right, there only is one lady. However, she welcomes all customers inside and is very helpful in finding right sizes and taking things off display for purchases. Additionally, this place has many frequent sales and you can often find quick cheap 'steals' for under $30."

"I love the shop in chatswood. I’m always a regular there as it’s on my way home. However, one of the older women there never smiles and is never welcoming. She’s so unfriendly, rude and judgy. She only ever greets customers who are Korean and doesn’t bother with anyone else. She makes the shopping experience atrocious and it’s honestly so unfortunate. She makes me not buy the things I want because of her attitude and aura."

"Had a good experience here - bought a shimmering purple/blue shirt after the staff member commented on how to style it. Couldn't've found that shirt anywhere else, it really drew the eye. Will go back for one off, unique purchases because I think the price is worth it for that sort of thing."

"My favorite k-fashion store in Sydney~. Every time I go there I can find new trendy stuffs and I always buy one or more^^ especially special priced items. Today eldery lady at the counter was very nice and attentive to me. She gave me lots of recommendations. I bought lots of things. I'll come back again soon."

"The clothes are nice and trendy. HOWEVER, the costumer service is not very good because of one worker. There is this one older women who works at the store very regularly who never smiles and is unfriendly. I’ve been a regular costumer for a while, but I still can never get over that unwelcoming women. She doesn’t serve the costumers and is very rude. She makes me uncomfortable and always looks like she is judging me, she makes me feel like a criminal too, but she doesn’t do it very subtly, so whenever I want to go to the shop I always check to see if she’s in there because I feel suffocated whenever I try to shop and she just stares at me with that scary face… The other women who also works there regularly is a lot nicer. She smiles at me and gives me clothing recommendations that she’s thinks will look good together or on me. However, I don’t like tom’s project in Chatswood anymore because of that elder women. It’s such a shame. Really disappointing, because I don’t want to go there anymore."
