UNIQLO Macarthur Square 200 Gilchrist Drive, Campbelltown, New South Wales 2560

"I went to Macarthur square Uniqlo to do my winter shopping. I am always anxious doing self check out as I panic whenever the safety/exit sensor beeps. It gives me panic attack and hence I have no confidence scanning my own shopping or groceries. This day as usual I was assisted by a staff to scan my shopping. Paid what I was I asked for by card. I was even asked if I want a complimentary laptop bag as I reach the $100+ limit but I said no. Got my shopping and walked out the door. I don’t normally hang around the shop after paying because I am very anxious, feeling like all eyes on me. It’s only probably 20 steps to the exit… and as I exit the alarm went off. I went back in and my heart raising. Someone came and checked my bag and they saw 2 unpaid items. I feels so ashamed of my self. Embarrassed and feeling humiliated. They asked me if I want to pay…and yes I could have just pay it but then I don’t need it and when you are in panic attack or your anxiety is off the roof you cant get your brain work. I pulled my self together. I asked to get the camera checked and I gave my number to Dilara the lady who checked my bags and I was assured that they will check in to it but it’s already been 10 days and after night mares and insecurities this got me I haven’t got the answer what happened there. The lady who assisted me at the check out didn’t even acknowledge that it could be a mistake from her end but instead when I expressed humiliating this is my feelings where invalidated. Now Uniqlo thank you for making me more anxious and helping me out dragging my confidence down."
