"So rude here and they ignore you as soon as you walk in. Shoes are way over-priced and oddly arranged so you cant see and compare mens and womens shoes - so sexist! Maybe if they played the hip-hop a little softer they might hear you walk in and come out from hiding behind the counter. I witnessed one store attendant roll her eyes when she had to go find my size. If you dont want to retrieve shoes for a customer your in the wrong business love. DO NOT SHOP HERE!"

"Don't shop here, you'd have a better chance getting customer service on the street. Contacted the store asking if they do click n collect n what the process is. The boy who answered stopped me mid question and advised there's a website for miscellaneous questions because staff like him are too busy in store assisting customers to deal with us?!! This was just after they opened?! I will advise everyone TO NOT SHOP THIS BRAND EVER AGAIN! I am so annoyed I spent over 3k there in December for Xmas, never again!!"

"Awesome customer service received by all staff members today. Refurbished shop looks amazing. It is so big & spacious. Even though the store was chockablock busy there is plenty of seating for customers. Huge selection of shoes for all ages.. so the whole family can shop in this store. What surprised me is the click & collect express counter, after pay facilities & a live show playing my favourite tracks!"
