"Honestly shocked at how many unjustified negative reviews there are for this Uniqlo. I went during peak hour and I received nothing but impeccable customer service; despite how busy the staff were they always treated me with courtesy and politeness, and never let their stress show to the customers whilst still doing everything as fast as they could. Aside from the excellent customer service, as usual the clothes are great quality basics for the price you're paying - you won't find a better bang for your buck in any other brand."
"Great basics but certainly made for a Japanese body. Sizes rarely go to XL, let alone beyond that. Seems a bit like they only want skinny and normal sized people to wear their clothes or want to save money on material. Very strange for any foreign company to enter Australia and fail to adapt products to local styles or needs."
"I was browsing the store not a single person approached me to assist.. during my time in the store the door security alarm kept going off. I was approached upon leaving and was asked to empty my bags that had tags from other stores clearly attached..I did empty bags at which point my receipts fell out..this was in front of the store with many people watching. When sales person saw I had nothing she offered to help pack stuff .I was upset embarrassed I asked her to please go away.She had a discussion with 2 other colleagues as I was packing my stuff off of the floor.. she than asked me to walk through doors again .no thanks"
"One of the best most helpful UNIQLOs i have ever been to straight out. All the staff there were lovely especially one lady - she showed me exactly where to look to what i wanted and also recommended one of the cashmere cardigans to me which i wear almost everyday now and i am so appreciative towards her for assisting me with this. "Cleanest UNIQLO i have ever been in. The customer service here is impeccable and i almost cried when i saw the exact same looking coat my late mother had worn all the time. One of the staff members kindly asked if i was okay and it was then when i burst into tears of sadness. I was ecstatic to the care this staff member had provided me with. She was so kind about everything even when i opened up about my feelings to her. Staff are lovely at checkout too. Definitely coming back."
