"Staff never say "hi" or ask if I need a hand. Shop is crowded so it's hard to shop with a pram. Change rooms are way too small. Their price has risen but quality has declined."

The shopping centre itself had closed meaning that the store itself was also inaccessible and closed. Please update your times correctly so as not to have disappointed customers."
