He gets my shoe it was correct and I was happy with it but he kept not understanding me when I was asking questions about the product for the shoes. I had told him my size and he bought the wrong size when I had told him my correct size."
"Very poor experience, was not at all acknowledged or greeted despite walking around with shoes in my hands..? watched other people instantly greeted and served?… clearly a culture of discrimination or something?.. The products and range are very poor compared to other stores like Foot Locker where I ended up spending my money today. To top it off when finally politely sharing my experience from my perspective with the manger of the store she became very angry and mumbled unprofessional comments as I walked away. Take note of your competitors customer service and clearly laid out range for mens and woman’s not everything blended together to frustrate and confuse your customers…. Don’t forget you are a retail store…"
