"I Walked in happy and ready to spend big. Come across sad staff no smiles or welcome faces. Price on items were wrongly marked in their computers. I had to go back twice to take photos of special price tags to prove my point. Why am I doing the run around ??? Older grumpy female staff. If you don't like your jobs LEAVE and give someone else a go. Walk out disappointed with how much customer service has declined. Ghost town in BIGW must all buy online"

"The store is great and most prices are reasonable, if you want 5 stars, try installing a toilet for customers in such a large store, most shoppers will be in the store for quite some time. I always find myself having to leave the store and return."

"I would like to share a recent experience at the Big W at Erina fair, whilst I visited from UK. My Daughter had issues with a Dyson vacuum cleaner. The Manager who was so understanding, Helpful in resolving the problem, in his absence when I returned to check on progress the second Manager took over and continued with the issue for me. The Lady on the meet and greet, the Lady in customer services, all contributed to me writing this review. I would rate this company 10 stars for their kindness and professional approach. I would love to take Big W back to the UK, A Great Store, also Great staff. Thank you to both Managers. Big W you are Tops in my books. Best wishes all of you Pamela C"

"Went in for a refund and was treated so badly by an elderly staff at service desk because the payment was made via the mobile wallet and they have to refund through the same way it paid which I understand and followed her instruction however it didn't work. After trying twice, the 3rd attempt I tapped my credit card on the EFTPOS machine, which was the same card that is on my phone and I have shown her the card, and it worked and I got the refund but she wasn't happy and raised her voice at me for doing that and pretty much threw the receipts at me and walked off. Unacceptable behaviour to be working in this industry."

"It’s a great store but it’s not exactly as neat and tidy as the usually are. They were clearing end of season so there were a lot of specials. It’s a rather large store and have a lot of larger sizes in stock also. It’s definitely worth a visit and the use the Woolworths rewards card system here also."
