"I booked in my first laser hair removal with them yesterday afternoon. The appointment took all of 5 minutes. The 'LHR consultation' and safety questionnaire was rushed through. The girl who treated me seemed unbothered and didn't explain the process comprehensively. She then recommended I buy 3 very expensive aftercare products and pre-book 10 sessions in on the spot. When I said I would book them online, she became pushy, dismissive and rude, saying "Well if you don't book them in, there's no point going through with it". During this time, the other two girls at the desk ignored me and were more interested in taking selfies together. I left feeling very disappointed in this experience. I won't be returning."

"My wife bought 4 sessions to do needling and today she turns up after booking a session and gets told that she is 20 days after expiration and therefore cannot use the voucher. After calling the head office, they were rude and spoke over me and would not facilitate our needs even though we have been loyal customers over the past number of years. I would not recommend this company at all after this experience."

"Where to start .. the nurse that did my injections was lovely. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience with Laser Clinics was an absolute catastrophe and I encourage you, under no circumstances to have anti wrinkle injections or your lips done here. I was left with a lumpy lip including a MASSIVE dent in the middle, actually shocking. The anti wrinkle injections, frankly, did absolutely nothing, to the point where I’m asking myself what and how much was even administered. Very odd , after having Botox plenty of times to suddenly not see any results whatsoever?? I wish I could attach photos here. Very mysterious. Upon complaining they insisted I’d come in for a review (this seems to be standard to have you pay for more treatments) and that the reason for the non existent result was that they had administered a low dose. I didn’t ask for a low dose plus there also seems to be a disconnect between low dose and absolutely no result. Essentially they are then telling me I paid $700 for nothing? All in all I encourage you to pay a little extra somewhere else to get the results you want, with a clinic that has properly trained staff and is not only focused on making as much money as possible from you. I’m sure they will have some sassy reply here, but this is just my experience, and if they worked a little harder at retaining their customers and providing proper care, reviews like this wouldn’t be necessary."

"Got a treatment done by Belinda, was so impressed by her professionalism and the way she made sure that throughout the process I was comfortable. She read to me all the risks of the apt I had booked and answered all my questions even when it probably wasn’t what I wanted to hear. I appreciated this as I would rather have full disclosure of what potential problems I would face as a consequence of getting the treatment I had done. Overall so satisfied with her as a nurse, so knowledgeable and gentle. Will now only go to her and have recommended to friends ☺️"
