"I was shopping in this store on 10th of July. It’s the first time shop here and tbh shop directly to store has been giving me anxiety because the staff often doesn’t show enthusiasm and not helpful sometimes it make me feel like they want to me think fast and just grab whatever but it so different in ECCO even though it was busy but this lady as I remember named Shelly who help me to pick the shoes was really patience and let me know all option even she help with the measurements as well which not many would do. She also really friendly despite how busy but she doesn’t forget to greet customers even she was alone and I hope she won’t get tired. I love the shoes so much!!! Honestly with her service and how good the shoes is I will go back to the store in future. 5 stars for quality and service"

"Sally was not very understanding when I requested for a refund for two pairs of shoes purchased online in one transaction. The leather from the shoes hurt my feet. She raised her eyebrows and said that “no one has complained about this before” and also said that I had to wear the shoes for longer to notice the leather softens with time. There’s a first for everything. Maybe she needs to be trained better to learn to be more understanding to her customers. Maybe she was just taken aback she had to do a return for two orders for me because that can affect revenue for her store. Who knows but from the way she spoke to me made me feel like she really does not have much experience working for ECCO or having to problem solve. Also, I purchased two pairs of shoes for this one transaction. This isn’t the first pair of shoes I’ve purchased from ECCO where I’ve had pain from the leather even after wearing the shoes for a long period of time (for several months). Some shoes in ECCO I find have quite tough/hard leather and other shoes can have quite soft leather. I currently wear a pair of leather heeled ECCO boots at work 5 days a week and love them so my one star rating isn’t for the store but I was very disappointed and taken aback by her service."
