"I dont expect high service at stores like Hype because I feel like the staff have to run around for people to get size reads just for them to leave and buy them cheaper somewhere else. It must be quite a tough job. Today though, I was helped by Rani and she was so great! I was after trainers to wear to work (retail) she gave me great advice about comfort and what works for her. She did multiple trips out the back and downstairs for sizes even though I had said I probably wasn’t going to get them today. I got them in the end because her!"

"Bad costumer service! I went to Hype and I ask one of the staff, if they have my size for the gold all star on sale, he gave me a black all star telling me to try them on and see if they are comfortable before he go downstairs to get the gold one... Well, he went downstairs to get them for me, but they were not comfortable, so I said I won’t stay with them! This guy went mental! So so rude and impolite with me and my partner! I’m a frequent costumer and I will never go back to this store again... terrible costumer service!"
