"I like a Bally brand long time. I was shopping first time today. And Bally store have a 2 nice ladies. Very natural kind, and comfortable today. So i satisfaction Bally store."
"Negative experience coming to this store, I was treated poorly because I am young and was only greeted once every other customer was served, even though there were workers available. I purchased a men's side bag and was told there was no box for the bag I bought, after I told them it was a gift, which I find to be unprofessional. I was sent home with only a dust bag. I expected a lot better service as I was originally planning to purchase online, where there was a gift bag option completely free of charge."
"Felt humiliated and disgusted. Need to change their attitude. To all brown people - Only visit the store if you want to feel what RACISM is ! The sales rep lacks welcoming to a customer. They treat like RACIST to brown customers. Very lousy, unhelpful and incompetent staff."
"Visited the store on 24th november. Lousy and incompetent staff. Need training to serve and greet right! Some of the staff serves with a pinch of racism depending on your colour. Lacks humanity even! Never going to the store ever again."
"Monday 16th July 2018, The store is quite small and I was the only potential customer in the store at the time for 5 minutes. There were three staff on duty all huddled together. In those 5 minutes not one staff greeted to say hello or smiled or asked if I needed any assistance. The staff were not busy at all. Ratio 1 customer to 3 staff. All I could hear was the staff talking to each other about what they personally like to wear! Well how about doing your job and get an idea of what the customer maybe interested in purchasing or the very least say hello. Poor customer service, more like non-existent."
