Not only were we completely ignored, but when we asked for assistance to get our size on a full price shoe, the staff gave me the wrong size and did not assist me to determine what size I actually needed. I am very loyal to brands i like and it is easy to part with hundreds of dollars for the right shoes, but when you get no service or assistance and the staff are willing to sit around on the counter tops talking about clubbing while customers unsuccessfully try to find their own shoes... you better forget about post panic recovery, you are loosing more sales than you are making at this rate!! I do not recommend this store at all purely base on the service which is disappointing since the shoes have such a great name!"
