"NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED by this Casey Central shop or by the Cellarbrations franchise. I just went to use a Cellarbrations Gift card that was a Christmas gift at TWO different Cellabrations shops. The first one's checkout person didn't even know what a gift card was or how to use it and as a result I had to travel to another store. The second store, Cellarbrations at Casey Central, The checkout person was telling me that they don't accept gift cards, When I ask "why?" as I was confused being it is a gift card made only for Cellabrations, I was told that the shop isn't apart of the actual Cellarbrations franchise and that it is its own separate shop? not sure how that works considering it has exactly the same logo as all the rest of the Cellabration stores. Not to mention the check out person was not following health and safety rules when it comes to covid. Will not being going back. poor service from Cellabrations all round!"
