"Had a bad experience on Christmas day I rang asked if they had a certain bottle of rum was told buy a lady yes i asked how much she said she wasn’t near the bottle and said just come in . I said ok but i need to know how much for the bottle again i was told to just come in . I asked for her name and she hung up . I rang again and said i just rang and asked for a price and you hung up on me , lady said I’m busy and hung up again . I rang back she didn’t pick up apparently I spoke to a guy nice called Ross who was the manager. After explaining what happened i was told that he was sorry and would have a chat to her . Been going there for over 30 years never had a problem staff always friendly when you walk in and helpful . Not the best day to have this happen on Christmas day think I’ll go around the corner to Duncans cellars on Clayton road from now on ."
