"Did not even bothered to scan my Woolworth rewards card, and refuse to reenter it A bit more detail, the staff told me he cannot reenter once the product has been paid, I told him you can reenter the receipt or refund and reenter, he said No, He cannot do that, there is no one besides me as customer at the moment, I actually felt he just being lazy to do it. So I have to walk with my trolley filled with grocery to the Woolworths store to ask about the situation, then the staff told me again they can do refund and reenter the code. So I have to go back again to ask the staff, and this time the same staff changed his tongue saying okay, we can do it. I don't even know why such a trouble to just enter my reward, and that staff obviously does not care or bothered."
