I go to the store to collect to be told the only have enough stock for 1 order and they will have ti refund me. Why put the order through and take my money if no available stock on hand. Served by the rudest store manager Emily no apology, no nothing. I call the call centre to enquire and find out what's going on only to be told Emily has put it through as I have collected both orders. I am furious! This store manger needs a lesson is basic customer service and people skills! I have wasted my time and money for a total headache! Never again. They would want to compensate me for this extremely poor customer service and waste of my time and fuel. No wonder everyone goes to Dan Murphys!"
