"I was in store today with my husband and received outstanding service by Jemma. I have extremely sensitive feet and Jemma made me feel amazing. Her attitude and friendliness was service that isn’t around much these days . I ended up purchasing 3 wonderful shoes. All the staff were extremely attentive to the customers in the store. My over all experience today was amazing and wanted the business know that Jemma is a true asset to you and your brand . Jemma keep being you as I know front hand how difficult retail work is . You should be very proud of yourself ."
"Walked in with my wife yesterday during the day with every intention of buying a pair of shoes. There was no other customer in the store and there were 2 young female staff firmly planted behind the counter. No greeting (which is fine as they are perhaps just rude), but no offer of assistance was unacceptable. They were busy mucking around and talking and made no attempt to help. This is probably the worst service or lack of service of any shoe store in Sydney!!! Sack them both!! They are letting your brand and owner down a cost to your business and it looks like my sentiments are not isolated!"
"Very uncomfortable experience as the sales girl J didn't want to help or listen to you even we asked. Ask for the size and she had no intention to show she's care about how customer feel. I could see her attitude towards the other Koreans were the same. Pay time she said 90 dollars but clearly it's on sale and only 49.99. When I told her, wow the reaction from her face was worth to remember. This salesgirl Probably missed Romeo, haha"
"Very good service. After trying on a number of styles and sizes the pair my husband wanted to purchase was not in stock. The sales assistant organised for a pair that was in stock at a suburban store to be delivered to our home at no additional cost."
"The management needs to consider front line customer service. They are the face of your company. Don't need to be over the top, just be normal. No discrimination. Visited this shop during lunchtime to get a shoes. Of course no greeting from Asian looking staff and other(staff A). They were too busy to doing their work behind the counter. It was hard to get an attention to get a help.( she did approached to Aussie looking lady when I enter the shop) I went to the counter and asked help, she looked at me weird face and other staff went to grab it. She didn't even ask if I need any bag after the payment, she just pushed a box of shoes towards to me after the payment. The way to she was looking at me, responding was like looking down on me. I was so close to just refund it. I am working just opposite of the shop, very convenient location for me but I don't think I will go this shop again. And will share my experience to my work mates."
