"I was attending kick boxing classes before i get pregnant. Wow i did love this class!!! Sam is a beast trainer! Learned some great moves and punches and got an INSANE cardio workout in. Will definitely be returning after my delivery. It was a little challenging to follow as a newbie but thanks to Sam's guidance i quickly learnt how to punch and use my arms and legs in a right way. The class is non stop movement but in a good way! You’ll be sweaty and tired once it’s over but you’ll feel amazing. Sam is an excellent world/Australian champion instructor and the morals and values that are taught are outstanding. In addition the self defense training is so well done. He is always willing to take extra time with a student, and offer advice in a firm but caring environment. The Little Ninja's class mixes just the right element of fun with instruction to keep the student learning and laughing. As far as the cost, it is very fair for the amount of instruction that you receive. I would recommend Kick Fitness Group to anyone wanting to learn about martial arts."
