"It's the first time I have ever walked into a shop to hear the staff there chatting - and happily dropping the 'f' bomb on a regular basis. And what made the situation more interesting was the man who appeared to be the manager - was not managing this situation very well. Instead of asking his colleague to mind his language - he let the language continue. We all swear but there is a time and place for that - NOT WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE IN YOUR STORE. Other the poor customer service the store appeared to lack any organisation with the wine blends making selection cumbersome. Not at all impressed."
