"Date : 13/08/2023 Time : 10- 10:15 pm ( Sunday Evening) I went to this shop to started looking for beer for a friend and I spend about 5-7 mins in that section and meanwhile staff member ( Dark Skin Guy ) came to me and offered help and I said I am okay. Then he keep coming to me nearly 10 times and keeping pointing out why am I taking lot of time. I told him that I don't know about beers so I calling my friend and I was also reading contents like alcohol level of the product before I buy. But he keep pointing out to me and I ended up NOT buying beer because of him putting nose in my shopping every second. And I went to the counter bought regular bottle of my whisky which I buy twice a week from this shop. He asked where is the beer I said I changed my mind. Simple. Then he started dragging it aggressively that I wasted alot of time in the shop. I told him that I am a customer you still have nearly one hour more before you close. So I can spend as much time as I want to do my shopping. But he went more aggressive and rude with me after I already made a purchase of whiskey. And I asked him to learn something from " DAN MURPHY'S & LIQUORLAND" that they only offer help one's upfront to the customer and then leave him alone to do shopping at his own pace. And he went more angry and picked up the phone and said he is calling cop's. I was like that was the last thing i wanted to hear tonight but anyway I just replied that I'll be putting my review on Google about your torturing behaviour. And left the shop and he also called me from behind nearly 3 times ( Don't know why ) And then I was doing my review in car park sitting in my car I saw this guy came out of the store and standing on main entrance of the shopping centre and smoking and left the shop on its own as there was also no other team member. I had to call the police and given them update that this guy might try to build up the story so I given them upfront information just incase. I never expected this behaviour from a Team Member of this shop. There is usually a sweet lady and Indian guy works there sometimes and they both are always very nice . I promise I will be reporting this to HR OF thirsty camel . There is date and time mentioned on top the review and I believe everything is under CCTV Footage available for the HR & other managers to Review."

"I am in store now, reach on site around 10:46pm. Staff told us only 2mins to do shop. We said him have more mins but he said 5 more minutes he can give. Too much attitude."

"Not opened as per their operating hours as advertised online and on the shop window. Arrived 10mins before closing and the attendant acknowledged me but kept nodding his head! Tried to call numerous times prior to attending the store & no one picks up the phone! Worse service!"
