"I have been shopping at these 2 stores for years and it has always been a pleasant experience. Today was was no exception. No difficulty getting a partial credit back on a smart tv when I discovered the price had dropped and I've not yet received my tv. It was such a pleasure to deal with the person (dark hair with beard) who served me. The whole episode was pleasant and no problem. All of the staff over the years have always been pleasant and helpful. No wonder with a nice man like Gerry Harvey as boss."
