"Wish I could give 0 stars, but 1 star is forced. Staff are seriously useless. Including the manager. I was still super nice when I shouldn’t have been. Before I came into the store I was told the display chairs on shelves can be brought down, even has a sign next to the display telling you to ask for staff help if you want it down. They were useless and couldn’t be bothered to get it down because it was cable tied, and 20kg is apparently too heavy even though in your induction when getting the job, your are asked if you can lift at the least 20-40kg in most jobs. I still bought the chair even after them being rude and useless I gave them a sale. Don’t be me and make this mistake. Don’t come here read other people’s comments it’s true they are seriously brain dead."

"I went in there today Sunday Feb 12, to buy a laminator and was in a long queue at 12.30pm and only one male person serving a lady. He completed the sale and then proceeded to chat to her whilst the queue was getting longer. When I asked him politely to call other staff to help out he deliberately waited ( in my opinion) a couple of minutes before doing so. Nobody came after another two or three minutes which disgusted me and I walked out without buying the goods I wanted. When I told him what I was doing he simply smiled at me and offered no apology. Awful service for a busy time and in my opinion there should always be at least two people on the cash registers."
