"Very disappointed shopping there to day. I purchased 2 bottles of wine that was on special @ $10.00 each. Then, at the cash register, the manager stopped the special price , and then I was charged 12.50 each. He went on to tell me they were changing the stock for the next day. This is shocking customer service, and I feel ripped off. No, apologies were offered. I'll take my business to the opposition"

"I've noticed a drop in customer service since a change of staff. I did a click and collect the other week and didn't get a notification saying my order was ready, usually 30mins. 3 hours later, I decided to go and collect it without receiving a notification because it was clear they weren't going to send me one and sure enough, my item was waiting at the cash register just sitting there, ready to collect. Today, March 27. It's usually polite to say 'hello' back when someone greets you ( mind you I was the one who initiated the greeting, not them) and all I got were blank stares. It costs nothing to be polite but I was clearly interrupting their conversation. Anyway, no 'see ya' or 'goodbye' so I can say they were at least consistent in their 'stellar' customer service. I'll go elsewhere from now on."
"I came to buy some rum for baking and I accidentally forgot my ID at home. However, I got a picture of it on my phone and asked the staff politely but that girl gave me so much attitude. I get that I'm wrong for not bringing my ID but I am still a customer and any staff shouldn't give any attitude when people talk to you respectfully."
