We took it back and the guy said " Oh well, you've opened it bad luck, nothing I can do about it now " How can we tell it's off if we don't open it?? You know it was only $11 which is irrelevant, the customer service was super poor. Can tell you they've lost this customer.....$11 !!! go figure"
