I spoke to 2 staff members… One of the staff members (I’m assuming the manager) not only kept speaking over me, she then hung up on me when I told her she was being rude and not listening to my enquiry. Very unprofessional to say the least!! They also rarely answer the phone. I had been calling for days before someone finally picked up the phone… Avoid Taren Point store at all costs!"
