"The customer service here can only be described as hostile. Really rude service. Our number was called so we got up to go and grab our order and we were told that it was still being cooked. After a long interlude the number was repeated so we got up again and got reprimanded for not grabbing our coffees. The staff are in the wrong business and shouldn’t be in roles where customer service is required. Everything was an effort: trying to source sugar, spoons etc. were met with snarls. We didn’t bother asking for serviettes. Just. Wow. Horrible experience. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere."
"$9 for a strong latte. I understand a holiday surcharge but that is outrageous. We usually buy several coffees for the 3 of us over a 4 day stay. I’ll make a tea instead. Do the maths business people"
"Prices are insane - $7 for a mocha and $3 for a babyccino?!?! Also had to wait about 25 minutes for hot drinks. Great location but otherwise it isn’t worth visiting."
"Service was pretty good, unfortunately the chicken was burnt and dry the potato cakes where very average. That being said the halloumi burger was amazing! The prices where typical of the island on a long weekend… Will have to go back on a day that is less busy as I feel this may have just been a bad day for them."
"The food was very nice, however the wait was a bit too long (the staff couldn't give an estimate other than to inform me how many orders were in front - I would have ordered ready made food if I know the final wait time). I acknowledge other comments about it being a bit pricey. If it wasn't for the wait time I wouldn't have blinked given their monopoly (great proximity to the best island beach and no other competitors). I'll go again."
