Went in to ask a brief question (at a very quiet time) and requested to speak to the pharmacist directly. Rather than speaking to me, they had one of the floor staff act as a messenger running between us to communicate. What would have been a 15 second conversation turned into minutes. To add to my frustration, the pharmacist was in ear shot and could hear our interaction - it would have been very easy to simply speak to me. The rest of the staff were lovely."
