"Very disappointing. The owner of the boutique was very rude when speaking over the phone with her. She had no goal in ensuring good customer service was met. I had sent through returns and after weeks of contacting this boutique, she refused to refund me/ store credit and charged me for 2 deliveries of the original order. The items were too small, so I had to return the items and she refused to assist me in anyway and spoke in the most disrespectful tone. I have never experienced such repulsive service ever. I would encourage everyone to shop elsewhere. She is selling premium brands and has zero knowledge of good customer service. I've shoped from businesses all over the world and experienced different levels of customer service, this by far the worst. Plain terrible."
"SCAM! Don't waste your money at this horrible horrible store! Items were returned and we never received a refund or store credit. The store owner Safa harassed and verbally abused my 19 year old sister over a review she didn't write.I had to take down my previous review since a worker of this company Safa threatened and verbally abused my little sister. The nerve of some businesses to scam customers during this time of financial difficulties for working families is not okay. I've had to report this store to the ACCC under the consumer law. Horrible and traumatising experience and a loss for money during these unprecedented times to another money hungry online scammer. Ive been trying to settle a simple refund for weeks now and the best i can get is the owner harassing and yelling at my younger sister over the phone. The only decent response we get is when i leave a review online and the worker/owner Safa decides to comment in a falsely fashioned of interest style. My advice to anyone, don't buy from here, be careful everyone."
