"Unfriendly customer service They had 40% discount labels. We expected to get 40% of the prices on the clothes' tickets, but we discovered at the counter that the prices are the same as written on the tickets! The labels might be misleading (take care customers) or we might not read or interpret the written prices well. Anyway, we apologiesed to the woman on the counter and advised her that we had a limited budget and we wouldn't take the clothes. However, the women on the counter inappropriately told us we go and buy from Kmart. Although I don't see a problem buying from Kmart or any other store, her reaction and the way she talked wasn't friendly at all."
"Apparel designs are good and quality is great! However prices are way too high, even after discount. Also, i am disappointed that there’s no refund policy even when an item was bought 10 minutes ago, there’s no reputable brand i know of that doesn’t allow you to refund item. I’ll be very careful buying anything or avoid buying at all. Edit: I tried to refund an item just after 10 minutes i bought it at your Homebush store, and lady said we dont do refunds only exchange within 2 weeks. Am i missing something?"
"Visited the DFO Homebush store yesterday to exchange items. The staffs Nadia and Marie were super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Nadia the store manager who went out of her way to help and for being very patient! The store also had a wide selection of quality apparel for boys and girls and a good promotion at the time of writing. Thanks for your help!"

"This is a great store in DFO Homebush, I visited their last night to do some Christmas shopping. Had no problems purchasing delightful clothing for our Grandchildren. The only issue I had was when to stop !! There are so many cute colourful things. They stock all sizes for the little ones - Summer through to cooler weather clothing so you can pre-buy for the next season and the next size. The staff were very helpful, providing excellent customer service. I was fortunate to pick up items that were discounted or on sale so all in all had a great experience shopping here."
