"BEWARE of their Zero - Poor Customer Service After this horrid experience I'll never risk using their online store. I called Clearance Kingdom on the phone a few minutes ago, to ask some questions about an item they had advertised online. I did this because the description online was just a generic "Cut & Paste" description and I wanted to know some specifics about the actual condition of the item. The guy who answered, was not helpful and he didn't seem to know what he was doing at all. He was not in the least bit helpful and I got the impression that he felt that I was another unwanted interruption in his work day. Because he seemed so inept, I suggested that he ask his co-worker (or manager). I could clearly hear their conversation and the other person sounded like a lady with a middle eastern accent. She was worse than him, and basically told him to get rid of me and "be more firm". (I was at all times being polite in my conversation.) I then heard him start talking to different person a few seconds later they hung up on my call. I immediately called back a couple more times and they didn't answer, when I knew full well that they were there. This is blatantly a business run with Zero customer service. They couldn't spell the words customer service let alone give it. I would never recommend them and I strongly suggest that you stay clear of patronising any business with this kind of attitude. They clearly Do Not Deserve our money."

"Altona North store is fantastic- great bargains to be had. Lots of expensive items that haven't sold or have been returned faulty. Double check what you are buying in case it's a damaged second. Prices are so good that its worth it and the staff in Altona North are great. Can also find cheaper household items and foods. Many may be past best before but they are dry goods so still completely edible. I have had alot of fun finding bargains here- if you like op shops you will love searching through here and the pleasant surprise you get from finding something you love. Tottenham store isn't as good for many reasons!"

"I would give them 0 stars if possible. Do not buy from this company! Did an order, it didn’t come and no delivery notice so I requested a full refund. Instead of giving me the refund they decided to post out part of the order- a day after I requested the refund! They then had the balls to say that they had already posted out the partial order, however the online postage service stated that it was entered in their system the next day. They said the next part of the order would be posted out the next week. Nope, never did. I requested a refund- surprise surprise on they were just about to post it out, but okay they’ll give me the refund. 2 months later and many emails back and forth- still no refund. Made a claim through My bank and got the money back in 2 days. Terrible service and will not give you your money back"

"I honestly love these places, small, quiet and a decent amount of stuff to choose from. Everything is varied and are most likely a once off. Once they had stacks of DVDs and blue rays while today they had remote control cars, broken though. The discounts are good for the most part and if something is over priced you can usually talk it down. Good staff and always friendly."
