"Decent experience staff were nice and helpful when asked a question"

"Based on experience that took place on the 30th of December. Admittedly this is just after the Boxing Day sales, which I assume take a toll on retail staff - however this was at 10am, so very early into the new day. I frequent this industrie store often and admittedly I rarely have a problem, I've been noticing the customer service slipping. Today, a couple must have had a massive issue because it took 15 minutes to fix and held up an entire line of 7 patrons waiting to pay. There must have been an inexperienced staff member serving them, as she required the help of 1 other employee. However, my issue is regarding the 3rd staff member, who when the line is bending and still nearly out the door, that's where you need to stop stocking shelves that are already packed, and jump in. The lady continued to look at the line without a care in the world. The line also involved people with trolleys and prams so it limited the capacity in a small shop to begin with. This staff member I refer to (as well as the other's) didn't even try to help me (when there was no one at the counter at that point) and several times, clothes was coming off the racks due to how heavily they are stacked, and they couldn't even be bothered to provide some assistance. Lastly, and probably most importantly, the changing rooms in this location are terrible. There is separation due to two pieces of cloth on a rail, and neither go the entire way across nor sit flush against the wall. This allows anyone to peak in and as there is a full wall mirror within the changing room, they can easily look inside. This is insane, a privacy issue and something I will be taking up with Industrie management."

"Very poor customer service. Multiple staff working who make eye contact and refuse to acknowledge your existence, greet you or ask you if you need help. Unsure what they’re getting paid for if they can’t do the bare minimum."

"The worst customer service ever, you will be shocked that Industire Clothing are having these kind of people working in their one of the busiest shops getting in and finding no one trying to help you even if you asked them 100 times to help you with sizes or if they can help you find another product they’ll be no we don’t have The staff don’t bother themselves looking or even stop and respect you, he’ll just say we don’t have while not looking at you and keep walking Seriously so embarrassing!"

The staff were amazing and the stock well set out They were very good at helping me select items as gifts which I was looking for I consider the clothing as good quality and great value especially when on sale Located in the new section of Miranda Westfield’s surrounded by other similar retail shops."
