"If I could give no stars I definitely would. The items sold are fine. But the discriminatory customer service towards younger shoppers by I'm assuming Lisa (the name on the receipt!) and the other sales person at this Miranda store is to say the very least disgusting. W Lane Miranda store definitely need to get different sales people. I should have left the item I wanted to purchase. Unless you are an older person don't go into this store as you won't be given any help and you will struggle to purchase anything. I was standing next in line to pay, when I assume Lisa looked at me and then went to serve a lady who walked out of the change room. That lady kindly told her to serve me as I was waiting. Lisa started to process, but she really didn't want to serve me so she got the other sales person to complete the transaction. My friend wanted to find out about some trousers and she was ignored by both sales people. Really disgraceful in this day especially by two older people who should know better. Will tell everyone I know to avoid W Lane Miranda if the same 2 people are working there."
"I had a mooch around this morning oer the weekend. There are so many gorgeous bright colours in their range, especially in their dresses. W Lane sells lovely smart casual clothing and accessories for most occasions. They also have good sales, so you can pick up a bargain every now and then. Great customer service. Well worth a looksee"
