"Worst customer service and absolutely no warranty on their products, my mum spent over $100 on a Calvin Klein backpack and only used it a few times but the stitching came apart because the fabric frayed around the edges. We brought it back to Liverpool store after 2 weeks and they said there are no warranty and they will do nothing about it and said it was out fault that the backpack is in that state. Calvin Klein products are worse than Target and Kmart and especially when it comes to their policy and customer service."
