"Absolutely disgusting customer service by the manager at this store today. We bought around $500 worth of products yesterday and went there to exchange the size of one of the coats we bought today. The sales assistant helped us very well until the manager came in storming stopping the exchange because a few drops of water fell on the coat just outside before we entered. She said it so rudely, with no explanation of any policy, and we left disrespected with a coat that’s not wearable because of its size. The manager was the most rudest, didn’t even try to manage the situation or explain why, she definitely does not deserve this position. Other stores we’ve been to, offer an exchange even after a month, we bought this back the next day - specifically for the coat. Definitely wasn’t expecting this."
