I visited the store on the 20th of July, and I must say that I am not one to write reviews, but the customer service I experienced was simply exceptional. I regret not getting the name of the lovely lady who assisted me, but she truly went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Initially, I declined her offer for assistance, but she persisted in asking me questions and guiding me when I was feeling puzzled. When I mentioned that I was looking for an outfit for my partner for our trip to Hunter Valley, she immediately showed me several pieces, including a perfect winter jacket. Without her help, I would have probably never found this fantastic jacket. She saved me time and the hassle of making a decision. Industrie, your staff is truly wonderful, and your customer service is second to none! Kudos to your team for creating such a positive shopping experience.
