"I purchased 9 items today. The quality of clothes and the price is amazing. Even on top stores like can't really compete with yd when it comes to the quality but most importantly price. The guy in the store was by himself in the store and had customer coming every 5. Minutes but he was very attentive to each individual so well multi tasking with the smile. The only thing I think I purchased one white jumper but didn't see it in my shopping bag. Maybe my mistake"

"Bought a pair of t-shirts in December. One was not the right size and the sales assistant told they could order in a week and would call us to collect so i paid. One month, nothing, so we called, they said they'll check and call me. and nothing again. Decided to visit the store and talked to them in person. Tey said they lost the old records, would find the them and get back to us. And then nothing. I've given up on the t-shirt. Wasn't much but definitely not buying again in any yd shop. Im recommending my friends to not shop there ever . I cant rate anything under 1 star unfortunately."
"Bought a belt 2 months ago. I didn't wear it until a month after I bought it. I can count the number of times I wore it on one hand and it's already splitting. Horrible quality. Belt was $54.99. Never heard good things about them but thought I'd give it a chance since I was only after a belt. What a mistake. I took it back to the store and the sales assistant blew me off with a I don't care attitude and told me to contact head office because "Im not going to deal with this on a black friday" and yet their store was basically empty. No wonder their business is dying. Pic of the store's taken on black friday. It's completely empty. My advice to anyone who has similar experiences with YD is to contact the ACCC or fair trading. They're both government agencies that exist to enforce consumer rights. Below are pic of the belt, receipt, and store Update: pic of receipt is removed. Im not sure who did it Update: sent a message to the contact us form on the YD website and got a call from the area manager and was quickly resolved but the 1 star will remain."
"Worst service never asked if we needed any help, even when seeing we were having difficulty in finding the sizes that we wanted. The guy was too busy chatting up the girl working with him and they both did not give us any attention at all. We were in there for at least half an hour. Completely different service in Connor where the girl was very helpful, even helped us place an item on hold in one of their other stores. Very polite and helpful, the way customer service should be. YD Burwood I think you need to have a talk to your workers, we were there yesterday afternoon around 14:30."
