"Looking back at the reviews posted here, nothing has changed. Today, No customer service whatsoever. No hello, no help and no thankyou when paying at the till. My friend and I were the only customers in the store and we walked out disgusted."

"These people over at the Burwood store must really hate their jobs, went in recently and there were 3 people working that day. Not one of them smiled or acknowledged me. So I left and went back in there again about half an hour later with my daughter and they ignored us once again so I had my daughter try on for size a couple of blazers that I wanted to buy for her and then came home and ordered them online instead. Pathetic, disgraceful and disrespectful service.Will never buy from there again!!!"
