"DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never have I ever had such a horrendous post sale experience in my entire life. Jose was great at the time of sale but unfotunately we needed to refund our sale hours after the purchase and its been 1.5 weeks and they won't give us our money back and we don;t have the products. Effie in accounts is rude and refuses to do the refund, the so called boss Steve is refusing to call us and even though all the proof has been presented they are arguing about refunding to a card that never exists. As a small business owner I know the importance of reviews so I am not writing this review lightly believe me. It's not sour grapes, I'd never do that. I'm simply an exasperated customer that wants their money back for a product I never took delivery of. As such I sadly would tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place. My $2750 is still not back in my account so who knows when this will end"

"I drove two hours to get to Lavita Outdoor Furniture. I was greeted by a lovely young man named David. I had looked at their lounges on-line but thought it best to come into the store and try them out. David was very happy to show me around and new his craft. I advised him exactly what I was after and he showed me a lounge suite that would suit my house as the space was not very big. I ended up buying the lounge David recommended and was able to try it out in store. It is so comfortable and exactly what I was after. As we went downstairs I asked about the outdoor furniture, once again David was a fantastic help and I purchased a 9 piece outdoor table & chairs. The transaction went very smoothly. David explained about shipping & time it would take for my lounge to be made & how long before I receive my purchases. I left the store extremely happy and give credo to David for his outstanding customer service. I would definitely buy from them again."

"Soooooo disappointed with my Noosa Sunlounge delivery today. Box was delivered damaged and the legs of the sunlounge damaged also. Phoned the delivery company and emailed Lavita Furniture - no response. Communication has been difficult the whole way through the sale through to delivery (partly my fault for the initial delivery) but the overall sale process, quality and customer service has been challenging. Very disappointing to receive a delivery in this condition from what appeared to be a quality retailer."
