"Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I purchased 2 sets of the Denny Vaccum Storage canisters for my new kitchen. I spent over $1000 on several orders with this company One of the spice jars lid's handle snapped off after only using once. I wrote to the company explaining I had difficulty finding the receipt but gave them a delivery transaction number to track and explained my circumstances dates to check and advised that I also have an account with them.. They didn't want to look or search and basically wiped their hands of my enquiry. I then searched and found the receipt. Now that's still not good enough I needed to take a photo of the lid to prove I broke it. Why would I lie about the broken handle that's all I wanted, not even asking for a replacement of the entire jar only the tiny handle which is what seals the vacuum seal.. without it the vacuum seal is useless I found the customer service was dismissive, unhelpful and warn that they won't replace without photos. And disappointed with the quality and what will happen if the bigger canisters start to do this too."
