"I am very unhappy with a recent experience with this branch. I for the last 4-5 years, I used to buy the same size and brand of pants from Academy. (This is a type called Skinny Chinos). In the last visit I bought two of the same pants. The first day I wore one of them and within two hours it starts to tear by itself. I had another two that had the same problem after a couple of times I wore them. Same location around the pockets. I went there and wanted to return the pant. (One of them I had not even worn). The sales lady told me that "am I sure that I bought the right size" (I used to wear the same size for 4 years) and then told me that they don't have a policy to refund, and she can only give me store credit. Given that the obviously the quality of their products has dropped considerably in the last few months, store credit is no good. Anyway, she said she can't do anything and refused to give me a refund for the defective product. This way of doing business is against the consumer laws and unethical. If you are selling inferior product, not fit for purpose, the customer has the right they get their money back."

"Never heard of this brand before but wow, such a beautiful store! Ontop of that, the lovely service today by the two ladies in the store was second to none, providing such a lovely environment to shop in. The store is so beautiful with so many wonderful items for both men and boys! Highly recommend to anyone looking for men’s clothes at a great affordable price. Thanks ladies! Will be checking out the brand in other locations because of today!"

"N8ce trendy cloths at reasonable prices, however keep look for end season and special occasion deals to grab yourself a nice deal. Located within DFO Homebush which has many big brands. Big parking available which is still not enough on weekends. Free for first two hours. Disabled parking available and wheelchair access to the centre and shops. Public toilets available"
